4.Are you only to do stamping parts and machining parts?

Our core business is Sheet metal Stamping parts, and have 100% owned factory-
Chongqing Hegao Metal stamping parts.

Machining parts were outsourced, but before delivery 100% completely was checked,
we work as your eyes in China.

Except for stamping parts and CNC machining parts, we also provide “one station” services,
it includes: Sintering parts, Forged parts and so on.

6. What about the lead time of making new tooling for stamping or forging parts?

Stamping parts tooling:                                   20~30days

Forging parts tooling:                                      20~30days

Aluminum die casting parts tooling:            30~45 days

7.How to arrange the shipment to customer location?

8. A Quality fail case – after this our customer trust us a dependable stamping company.

In fact, tell you this I am very nervously, because nobody disclosing their shortages. Once I worked with a Europe importer,  and my company just at the initial stage of exporting stainless steel turning parts and stamping parts. After these turning parts purchased back to home, we checked the dimensions.

It seems all are good, but the problem also happened, this is one of the reasons to push us to work like your eye in China factory:

Following rod drawing is what my customer ordered part, the problem is the Material, our supplier buy the material from the market directly, but the material vendor gave him a false material certificate.

Customer Required material: stainless steel 00Cr17

But our sub-supplier used 1Cr17 instead of stainless steel 00Cr17

Please see the scene of the following picture, the equipment assembled the rod and worked around 2 weeks, but the stainless steel 1Cr17 have been broken (melted).

After we replaced all the bad parts, and paid certain money to their customer. Jacco’s(my customer) customer claimed him, and Jacco have to close his corporation, this is my pain in my heart, and will feel regret in all my life

At here I have to say sorry and thanks to my friend Jacco. Jacco is my friend and client, right now he still buying some machining parts and metal stamping parts as usual, I hope I can compensate my evil in my life, this is my debt, feel sorry about it.
